All bookings carry a returnable security deposit: £100 up to 2 cottages, £200 over two.
 

One well-behaved dog is acceptable in each cottage.  A standard charge of £20 is payable for extra cleaning.
Gardens are not secure and dogs must be kept under control at all times.
Dogs cannot be left unattended in the cottages at any time.

 

Prices are for each cottage not per person and include all bed linen, towels, tea towels, electricity, oil and logs for wood burner (wood burners are in Rose and Honeysuckle Cottages only .  Each cottage has two TV’s, radio or music system, an alarm clock radio and a hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and hob.

There is no additional charge for using the LEISURE FACILITIES, although you will need to bring additional towels for use in the Spa and Swimming Pool.

 

Honeysuckle Cottage:
Available with the added feature of an accessible ground floor twin bedroom with en-suite. The cottage will be able to sleep 8 in total and be let as the same tariff as Rose.

The Manor House:
Will only be available for a limited periods, please call to check availability.
 

Please note:
Primrose and Bluebell are let at the same tariff as Rose Cottage when booked together for the same period.
