Primrose Cottage is part of the original Dairy, this single storey cottage nestles in the corner of the courtyard, has windows facing the colourful raised flowerbeds and views over the open countryside. It has spacious level accommodation making it suitable for wheelchair users. The living room has two large sofas, one a high quality sofabed.A wealth of exposed beams and vaulted ceilings gives an airy feel to the entire unit, under-floor heating, keeps you cosy during the winter months.The Pine fitted kitchen area has a low level electric hob, and along with the sink, has clear space under.The double oven is built in, also at a low height for ease of access to wheelchair users. The kitchen also includes a fridge with ice box, dishwasher and microwave. There is a comfortable twin bedroom with an additional sofa. The spacious bathroom has a bath and a separate wheel in shower, the transfer space is to the left of the toilet. The central plaza gardens are fully accessible from the car park and the cottage, Primrose Cottage has a patio table and chairs seating four. Primrose Cottage has been inspected for the new accessible standards and has achieved NAS Mobility Level 3 Assisted.
