It is your responsibility to check the details on our Holiday Confirmation Form and inform us immediately of any details which are incorrect.  In no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons, stated in the brochure occupy a property.  In addition Norfolk Cottages reserves the right to refuse or revoke any bookings from parties that may in their opinion be unsuitable for the property concerned.

2.      PAYING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

There is no charge for debit cards.

The receipt and banking of any deposit shall not constitute the acceptance of any booking.

Booking confirmation

On receipt of a completed booking form accompanied by the correct deposit Norfolk Cottages will issue a Holiday Confirmation Form showing full details of your holiday, the balance of the holiday cost and the due date. The balance of the holiday cost is due no later than eight weeks before the holiday start date. For holidays booked less than eight weeks before the start of your holiday the total holiday cost is payable at the time of booking.
